RMA Policy

If the order has been delivered, full 1 year quality guarantee is available on all products.

Shipping of RMAs

All RMAs are shipped to the customer by Post Service securely.

 

Products being sent back for credit / refund:

When received requisition from customer that goods have to be sent back, Ecsem will analyze the data provided by customer, if it is do under Ecsem’s responsibility then will give authorization to sent back the rejects. A RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number must be obtained before the product is returned to us and must be within 1 year warranty period, please email to sales@ecsem.net to obtain an RMA number if any products need to be sent back due to quality issue.

 

Products being sent back for replacement:

All products come with 1 year warranty through Ecsem, warranty replacements must have an RMA number and be returned to Ecsem prior to us sending the replacement. The return cost of insurance and shipping is the sole responsibility of the customer, Ecsem will pay for the return shipping of the replacement and chooses the method of delivery. 

 

Final Service Policy:

We have confidence that we have nearly 100% 0 reject rate as our products has experience lots of test and in high quality, if happens any rejects unexpected, we will concentrate on your benefit and try best to reduce your loss to minimum.
