The composition of non-original laptop batteries are mainly made up of three parts: battery cells, PCM board, outside case.
To evaluate whether the battery power perdurable or not mainly depend on the battery cells, so if you buy laptop batteries, please look the battery cells is imported or not, as the import battery cell quality is much better, then look at it’s security, it must be with second protection, as second protection can prevent the explosion happening, of cause, this should based on the battery cells without problem, if the battery cells in bad condition, then even though any other parts could be better is useless.
Another thing, the insulation material in the battery is also very important, if the insulation material fail, then it may cause electric short circuit, so even though with second protection, they are also very dangerous, so insulation material should endure high temperature, so it is best the insulation material is fireproof then it won’t damage the battery inside. As far as PCM board concerned, the most important is the procedure, it should compatible with computer, this require to be tested by the original laptop, but it is high cost for the supplier, so supplier generally won’t do that. The laptop battery cases made from fireproof material are also better, it will endure high temperature and good for the components inside of the battery.
